Shipping :

We use all major carriers including DHL, Fedex, TNT, UPS and China postal service. If you have an account with a carrier and would like us to ship collect, pls provide your account number for carrier, when place order and we'll offer you the FOB price.

Handling Charges:

Generally, there's no charge on handling. Sometimes, if it's hazardous item which requires special handling and packaging, there will a little charge.

Returns:

Return shipment will not be acceptable without prior authorized by FWD Chem.

Returns will be not acceptable after 30 days from the original ship date.

Patents:

FWD Chem's products may be covered by use or application patents. FWD Chem does not warrant any use or sale of the products delivered hereunder will not infringe China or foreign patent or patent application covering the product itself or in the operation of any process etc. The buyer is responsible for any patent infringement resulting from his use of FWD Chem's products.

Claims

Purchaser acknowledges that there may be hazards associated with the use of certain products offered and some products will go bad if not in certain storage conditions or under proper handling. Purchaser agrees that their personnel concerned with any such product and assumes all responsibility in any process for the warning the all hazards and property to their employees, agents and customers and instructing the safe usage and storage. FWD Chem SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR AND DISCLAIMS ALL CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL AND CONTINGENT DAMAGES WHATSOEVER.

FWD Chem' sole obligation and the purchaser's exclusive remedy with respect to products proved to FWD Chem's satisfaction to be defective or nonconforming shall be return of such products to FWD Chem, and refund of the purchase price actually paid therefore by the purchaser. FWD Chem shall not be subject to any other obligations or liabilities.
